Upon popular demand, you shall find below the 'home made tactic' that I used for my Derby County save. For those who aren't up to speed with my progress, this is the tactic that has led me to complete domination in all competitions with Derby County, winning two trebles and then in my previous season all competitions possible.
Screenshots of some of my best victories are shown below as is the screen of the tactic itself. For some positions (marked with *), sliders have been altered manually so please don't don't each position as a given default.

What I particularly like about this tactic is it dominates absolutely all teams in possession, both home and away... even Barcelona. As I've been told, a good tactic creates at least 4 clear cut opportunities a game, and that is definitely the case of this tactic, regularly reaching 11-12 with decent players.
One thing that can be changed in the tactic and seems to work equally well is a deep lying forward (attack) in place of the Targetman. Forwards can also be swapped to opposite sides ( but the most important thing is that, if your poacher is right footed, he is on the left and vice versa)
Some things that are compulsory for this tactic to work: Good attacking fullbacks on both sides, otherwise width is lacking. All the rest are fine with the classical attributes... Could be useful if your box to box midfielder has a decent left foot (to once again help with width), although this is not essential.
